Die neu formierte MoldTecs GmbH \u00fcbernimmt das Non-Filtration-Business von Mann+Hummel<\/h2>\n

Mit 01. Oktober 2022 hat die Mutares SE & Co. KGaA das Non-Filtration Gesch\u00e4ft der MANN+HUMMEL International GmbH & Co. KG als MoldTecs GmbH \u00fcbernommen. Der Deal beinhaltet die \u00dcbernahme der Produktion und des globalen Vertriebs von speziellen Hochleistungs-Kunststoffteilen f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie in den drei Produktionsst\u00e4tten Sonneberg, Bad Harzburg (beide Deutschland) und Laval (Frankreich). Langfristig sollen noch weitere Produktionsstandorte in den USA und China dazukommen. So k\u00f6nnen in Zukunft auch au\u00dferhalb von Europa Kunden in den Genuss der qualitativen Produkte von MoldTecs kommen.<\/p>\n

Der K\u00e4ufer, Mutares, ist eine Beteiligungsgesellschaft, welche Unternehmen in Umbruchsituationen \u00fcbernimmt und durch eine nachhaltige Neuausrichtung Potenziale aufgedeckt.
