La nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 MoldTecs GmbH reprend les activit\u00e9s de Mann+Hummel dans le domaine de la non-filtration.<\/h2>\n

Le 1er octobre 2022, Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, reprend l’activit\u00e9 Non-Filtration de MANN+HUMMEL International GmbH & Co. KG sous le nom de MoldTecs GmbH. La transaction comprend la reprise de la production et de la distribution mondiale de pi\u00e8ces sp\u00e9ciales en plastique haute performance pour l’industrie automobile dans les trois sites de production de Sonneberg, Bad Harzburg (tous deux en Allemagne) et Laval (France). \u00c0 long terme, d’autres sites de production aux \u00c9tats-Unis et en Chine devraient s’y ajouter. Ainsi, \u00e0 l’avenir, les clients pourront \u00e9galement profiter des produits de qualit\u00e9 de MoldTecs en dehors de l’Europe.<\/p>\n

L’acqu\u00e9reur, Mutares, est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de participation qui reprend des entreprises en situation de changement et qui d\u00e9couvre des potentiels gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9orientation durable.
