Cédric Raucy
CEO
Experience
As the CEO of MoldTecs, Cedric Raucy brings over 23 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry to his role. Prior to joining MoldTecs, he was the EMEA region general manager for Eaton eMobility in the fields of power management and power protection for electrified vehicles. Cedric graduated from the Munich University of Applied Sciences with a degree in mechanical engineering and from ESSEC Paris and Mannheim Business Schools with an executive MBA.
Marcus Teschner
Group Chief Financial Officer
Experience
As a mechanical engineer with an MBA, Marcus Teschner has already gained extensive experience in management positions in finance in a wide range of branches, including the automotive industry. Most recently, he was CFO and Co-CEO at Coindu, a manufacturer of car seat covers.
In addition, during his almost 15 years at the Saint Gobain Group, he has successfully supported many restructuring and change projects. In this context, he has repeatedly succeeded in making technical-commercial processes in the company measurable and helping to shape them, as well as optimizing processes and thus contributing to a significant improvement in operating performance with an associated increase in value for the company.
Dirk Brodka
Group Head of Operations
Experience
As an automotive engineer, Dirk Brodka has gained over 20 years of professional experience in management positions in the automotive industry in companies such as Faurecia, SMP and Kiekert, where he was able to gain deep knowledge in the fields of operational excellence, lean management and transformation.
In his last role as Vice President Europe at ABC, he had full responsibility for the operational business of several production sites as well as Purchasing and Sales. His responsibilities included developing business units and expansion and transformation of complex operational structures and processes.
Dirk is also acting as Plant Manager for the Bad Harzburg site.
Laury Truquet
Group Head of Sales & PM
Experience
As Global Head of Sales and Program Management, Laury brings a wealth of experience from the automotive industry. She has held management positions in quality, projects, sales and communication within the SOGEFI Group. She has successfully developed strategic activities with legacy customers and new entrants, particularly for e-Mobility products in the context of the technological transition. More recently, as Global Director of Communications and Change, Laury supported strategy and promoted new products line.
Laury holds an engineering degree in materials science from Polytech Lille and an executive MBA from CELSA – Sorbonne Université.
Dr. Wolfgang Lichtenwalder
General Manager Germany
Experience
Dr Wolfgang Lichtenwalder has been working in the field of international supply and contractual relations for more than 30 years. As a qualified lawyer, he has many years of experience in the administrative and supervisory bodies of several automotive suppliers in Italy, France and Spain, as well as in other industrial companies throughout Europe and was CEO of a manufacturer of stainless steel tubes in France.
In his spare time, he can be found running in the mountains or mountain biking.
Herman Vogel
General Manager Americas
Experience
As General Manager Americas, Herman (Chip) Vogel brings decades of experience from the automotive industry. In addition to his technical expertise as an engineer, the US American also has extensive management experience. Over the past decades, for example, he has held leading positions in the DRÄXLMAIER Group. For almost 20 years, he served as Director of Procurement, managed purchasing and supplier development for the North and South America region, and was Operations Manager. Chip Vogel likes to spend his free time with his family or on the golf course. He also enjoys traveling.
Zhenguang ZHU
General Manager China
Experience
Zhenguang Zhu has been working in the automotive industry for 20 years. Prior to joining MoldTecs, he worked in MANN+HUMMEL group for 19 years with last responsibility as Operations Director China, managing all Chinese plants and leading operational tasks in Asia. Zhenguang has extensive management experience: he led teams establishing and adjusting different plants to realize rapid and healthy business development in China and Asia.
As qualified mechanical engineer, Zhenguang graduated from Tongji University in Shanghai with a master’s degree.
Rupesh Gupta
General Manager India
Experience
As General Manager of MoldTecs India, Rupesh Gupta brings over 30 years of experience in automotive field working for companies like Gillette, Metzeler, Cooper Standard & SFC Solutions. He is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer and has done his Master’s In Business Administration from FMS, Delhi. As a thorough techno commercial guy, he has successfully handled leadership responsibilities in Plant Operations, Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Program Management, Engineering & New Product development. He is also a Board member at SFC Solutions in India.
Stéphane Warnery
Group R&D Director
Experience
As the R&D Director at MoldTecs, Stéphane Warnery brings extensive experience from his roles at Stellantis and Mann+Hummel, with a track record of developing and bringing innovations to market while nurturing strong customer relationships.
He thrives on challenges, innovation, and business development, leveraging his expertise to push boundaries and drive growth. His approach to R&D is marked by a deep commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs, resulting in impactful innovations that resonate in the market.
Stephane holds a master’s degree in engineering from Arts et Métiers Paris Tech.
François Gras
Group Purchasing Director
Experience
As Group Purchasing Director, François Gras brings over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to joining MoldTecs, he was in charge of purchasing department in the Mann+Hummel Group for 20 years, and had also some experience in sales, being 4 years Global Key Account Manager for Renault.
François graduated with an engineering degree from Institut Catholique d’Arts et Métiers de Lille.

MoldTecs currently has three production sites, two in Germany and one in France. In addition, further plants are planned to be built in China and the USA.
Laval
The site in Laval, with its around 400 employees, is the headquarters of MoldTecs. From here, we supply OEMs worldwide with a broad product portfolio. This ranges from liquid reservoirs to high-pressure air ducts and air intake manifolds to plastic exhaust pipes for fuel cells.

Sonneberg
Sonneberg is our largest location. We operate over 40 injection molding machines there. We then process the work in progress further by using various welding technologies. 700 employees ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Our expertise here includes hot gas, laser, vibration, ultrasonic and hot element welding.

Our site of India is located in Bawal and is currently under construction. The opening ceremony will take place Q4/2024. Corporate functions such as Manufacturing, R&D, Sales and Projects, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance will be gathered on the site and staff is currently on hiring.

Safe and sustainable mobility starts with the production of each individual component: Through consistent quality management, we guarantee reliable results – from prototype to small to large series. In addition to a wide range of certifications, we have established quality processes in our plants that guarantee the highest quality for the most demanding requirements. With leak tests, sensor tests or quality assurance via image-processing systems, we guarantee quality in production.

Sustainability – combining ecological and economical action.
Using existing resources consciously and avoiding emissions as far as possible – these are just two of the measures at the top of our agenda.
For example, we have established environmentally relevant processes and thus systematic environmental management at all our sites: Wherever possible, we avoid the generation of emissions and waste and rely on circular economy concepts. In addition, state-of-the-art technologies such as exhaust air filters are used at all our sites to protect people and the environment from pollutants.
