Complexity controllable: Turbocharger with WCAC passive.

The turbocharger with intercooler combines what belongs together. In this model, an intercooler is integrated into the intake manifold in one overall component. Due to their complexity, turbochargers with intercoolers are a real challenge in terms of production technology, but that is a challange that we happily accept at MoldTecs thanks to our well-founded injection molding expertise. Once we have created and welded the components with the complex inner workings using the injection molding process, they ared distributed to assembly and then frowarded to the test bench for a quality check. Thanks to our expertise, the air in these turbochargers is cooled down from almost 220°C to 35°C in the smallest installation space, takes up more oxygen and can deliver more power. Another advantage is the environmental aspect. Intercoolers also reduce CO2 emissions.
